Inc. 500 again!

So What!?

This honor is a testimony to the hard work that all of us have put in. This is
our second time being on the list in the past 3 years! (we did not apply in
2009). Many of you may wonder "Who cares, or what's the big deal!? After all
"You can't eat trophies" as a friend of mine says.

Its a big deal, because we have once again joined the ranks of some of the big
boys. Think of this, Microsoft (you know the little company that makes the
software that most of you are reading this on) They were on the list twice as
well and never finished above #80! We are 69th! Timberland Shoes made the list
only once at #495. Papa Johns Pizza made the list twice but never above #296.
Cold Stone Ice Cream - twice, highest finish #272. This year Otter Box finish
at #70 right behind us! GoDaddy and Under Armour are additional honorees, but
only once each.

All of these companies have several things in common. The least of which is
making the Inc 500. We have all set goals in life and in business, all of us
are smart enough to know we're not smart enough to do it alone. All of us are
surrounded by great people. Our Families, our Co-Workers and in this case our
ISO family. You guys are amazing. Keep pushing yourself everyday. I want to
challenge each of you to see if next year we can make this list again.

The Inc 500 is based on % of growth each year. Therefore going from 1 to 10 is
1000% growth. The trick is going from 1000 to 10,000 that's why this list is so
difficult to make multiple times.

The challenge is on! Set your personal goals and go after them!

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the
world, indeed, it's the only thing that ever has."

In countries where the average wage is just over $20 per week, adding $5 to
someone's cellular phone suddenly takes on a new perspective.

With domestic airtime we are able service just over 300 million people in the
U.S. When you add International Top-Up to your offering, suddenly your market
has increased by nearly 6.5 billion people. Simply put, people working and
living in the U.S. send money daily to friends and family members over seas.
One of the things these funds are used for is to add time to their prepaid
phone. Transferring money internationally can take time and can also be
expensive. This is where International Top-Up comes in. With no additional fees
and inside of a live environment a person here in the States can help someone
in another country instantly by adding minutes to their phone.

ECS Prepaid has several options to help you bring this value added service to
your merchants. Max World Wide brings several options inside of just two
different PINs. The customer can choose from either the $5 or the $6 dollar Max
WW product depending on the country and carrier they need to get service
through. They then call the toll free number on the receipt, enter the cell
number of the person they are adding the time for and then enter the PIN on the
receipt. This reduces the confusion of sifting through several different
countries and carriers at the point of sale. If the consumer would like to add
more air time they can simply by additional Max WW PINs and ad those in the
same fashion.

If our Max product doesn't have the country or carrier your customer needs
there is also a very extensive offering inside of the International Top-Up
selection on the menu.

ECS Prepaid

Welcome to the ISO newsletter!

e911 Tax is no Issue...

It's an opportunity

If you would like to ad some new accounts tomorrow in TN, SC, or PA this is
your chance! With the new e911 Tax law starting tomorrow many locations will
not have a good answer for this, and many of our competitors won't either.

This issue may be new for many of you, but either way the States of
Pennsylvania, Tennessee and South Carolina are some of the latest states to
adopt this policy as of July 1st.

ECS Prepaid has a tool to help stores in collecting these taxes, as well as
provide reporting to the state. Adding the amount of the tax is a courtesy to
our merchants, ECS Prepaid will not be reporting to the state on their behalf
and we are not drafting their accounts for this additional e911 Tax money.

Just remember that the local taxes still apply and should only be charged on
the original PIN amount. We have set up the rates for all of the current states
we are aware of in the system, but it's important that you educate your
merchants.
To turn on this feature; go into the Store Configuration Wizard. In the Store
Parameters page, you will now see an option to “Disable Tax” and it defaults at
“Yes”. Click the “Edit” button and uncheck the box that states “Don’t collect
tax for this store.” We can mass enable this feature for multiple stores.

The store can be prompted at the time of the transaction about the additional
Tax amount. To do this we will have to flag the store for 6.7 software and then
someone will need to call the store and walk them through a software update.

Here is an example of how the receipt will read:
Store Info

Date / Time
TERMINAL # : 3213514655
CARRIER : Verizon
REFERENCE : 1578123456
AMOUNT : $15.00
E911 TAX : $0.50
TOTAL : $15.50

PIN NUMBER
12345678912346

TRANSACTION APPROVED
=============================

So while this may have looked like a major issue. I hope that you embrace the
opportunity at hand, and use this latest law as a catalyst to win additional
business.
